Corner Notcher

Our Corner Notcher features 4 different corner shapes in a single unit, simply rotate the die to switch between shapes. Effortlessly notch outside corners without complex tooling! With a simple setup and easy adjustments, it delivers clean, burr-free cuts every time, making it ideal for precise sheet metal fabrication.

Purpose: Cuts precise right-angle notches from sheet metal corners, preparing parts for bending, folding, and assembly with clean, burr-free results.

Application: Ideal for fabricating components such as brackets, frames, boxes, pans, and metal enclosures that require accurate corner cutouts. Widely used prior to bending and flanging in electrical, electronic, and industrial sheet metal work.

Power Sources: Works with press brake, power press, or any between two to five tons maximum.
