Flat Punch

Punching is a separating technique primarily used to create holes in flat materials such as paper, plastic film, and sheet metals. The equipment consists of two main components: one supports the punches, while the other supports the dies. As the punches enter the dies, the material is shear cut, allowing for the production of round or profile holes.

This technique is especially beneficial in applications where waste removal can be problematic. It effectively processes various materials, including thin metals, plastics, and thicker metal sheets.
