Corner Rounder

Purpose: Rounds off sharp edges or corners of metal parts to a specific radius. Corner Rounder is designed to radius-trim the corners of parts for precise rounding in parts, such as in the manufacturing of signs, road markers, or cover plates. 

Application: Useful in sheet metal fabrication to eliminate sharp corners on parts, enhancing safety and improving the appearance of the final product.

Power Sources: Works with ironworker, press brake, power press, or any between two to five tons minimum.

Material Capacity: Handles up to 0.125" (1/8") aluminum, 0.075" mild steel, 6 mm ACM panels, and various other metals. Not sure about your material? Contact us!
